What is DISC?

 

DISC is a model of normal behaviours.

 

We all display characteristics of each of the four

behaviour types in the model but will naturally display some behaviours more than others. 

Dominance: Assertive, Direct, Driving

Influence: Communicative, InfluentialPositive

Steadiness: Amiable, Dependable, Kind

Compliance: Accurate, Logical, Perfectionist

How it works

 

Ward HR Consulting uses the Thomas International PPA assessment tool to help you understand where your behaviour preferences lie within the DISC model.  The PPA tool has been developed over 40 years and accredited by the British Psychology Society.

  • Have a 1:1 feedback session with our certified DISC specialist​​

Workshops

Following individual sessions, you can bring the team together to share the learning DISC has given everyone about themselves.  We use the session to seek to understand others' behaviour and communication preferences.
