HR Administrator/HR Advisor
We love what we do and are dedicated to providing the best solutions we can for our clients. Due to growth in our business, we are recruiting for a part time HR Administrator/Advisor to join us.
In this role you will mainly provide HR administration and recruitment support to our clients. You will also support the Company with its own business development activities and provide additional team support. Duties include:
Providing onsite and remote HR support to existing and new clients
Supporting the team with additional HR administrative tasks
Recruitment – sourcing (direct and indirect) and screening candidates, managing the candidate and client experience, recruitment administration
New hire administration – contracts and new starter paperwork
Handbook and policy drafting
Creating LinkedIn content and management of Company website and social media
Business development activities.
We’d like to hear from candidates who have the following:
A-levels or equivalent, preferably degree-level education
CIPD qualified, level 5 or working towards
Experience within a HR team and providing business partnering support to managers
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent attention to detail
Considerate nature and exceptional relationship building skills.
We anticipate this role will be approximately 20 hours per week and mainly home-based with regular local travel to client offices etc.
